Description
The Borough Council of Sandwell wishes to utilise the option to extend for Sandwell Falls Prevention - Improving Strength and Balance Service, from 19/07/2026 to 18/07/2027 and also modify the cost model to include uplift in National Insurance and inflation.
The total contract duration will now be three years from 19/07/2024 to 18/07/2027.
The Lifetime value of the contract will now be £246,940.97, with modifications be made from 01/04/2025.
