Description

Stroud District Council is a Registered Provider of social housing, owning and managing over 5,200 homes across the district. This stock includes general needs housing, sheltered and supported accommodation, and a proportion of leasehold properties. The Council has retained its housing management functions and delivers services directly to tenants and leaseholders. This procurement is for Planned External Works to Council Housing stock to include roofs, render, repointing and general external repairs.
