Framework operation description
Contractors will be ranked on the framework and work will be allocated to the 1st ranked Contractor. Should the 1st ranked Contractor be unable to deliver the work it will be allocated to the 2nd ranked Contractor.
The rates within this Tender provide the pricing base within the Term Contract and for each Order. As such, the submitted Tender rates shall be "fixed" for a 2 year period.
