Description
Birmingham City Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint an organisation under a concession contract for the Riding Centre at Woodgate Valley Country Park.
The concession contract for the services will commence on 1st April 2026 and will be in place for a period of five years with the option to extend for a further five years.
The Riding Centre at Woodgate Valley Country Park Offers a unique opportunity within a heavily urbanised area for anyone to participate in an equine experience. The Council wishes to engage with experienced organisations or individuals with the relevant and appropriate experience to operate the Riding Centre. See the Specification for full details.
