Description
Rochdale Borough Council (RBC) are looking to appoint the following disciplines (individually) to conduct a feasibility study analysing the potential to redevelop the former Church of the Good Shepherd (COGS) to transform it into a 'Flood Hub'
RBC as part of an Environment Agency funded programme is delivering significant works throughout the locale of Wardleworth and is looking to create a community-venue which will contribute towards flood resilience and flood poverty work, through community engagement and educational programmes.
