The City of Edinburgh Council intends to award a contract to Arc-Tech (Scotland) Ltd to deliver operation, maintenance and management of communal heating systems in Western Villages and Granton D1 housing developments in Edinburgh for a period of 2 years with the option to extend annually for a further 2 years.
