Description
The Council is seeking to identify a Supplier(s) to provide furnished accommodation for 9 young adults, which will be split across districts, close to good transport links. The service will be split into the following lots, enabling Suppliers to bid for one or more lots:
a. Lot 1 - Worcester City,
b. Lot 2 - Redditch,
c. Lot 3 - Bromsgrove.
If it is not possible to identify suitable accommodation within the above 3 lots, a fourth Lot (d) for Kidderminster may be considered, or alternatively, more than one property may be considered in one of the other locations

Description
The Council is looking to block book 2 or 3 bedded HMO in Worcester City providing UASC Care Leavers with a suitable location to meet their cultural needs.
Lot LOT-0004. Kidderminster
Description
If it is not possible to identify suitable accommodation within lots one to three, a fourth Lot for Kidderminster may be considered.
