Description
The BSOL Procurement Collaborative, hosted by University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) intends to tender for a Framework Agreement that aims to provide a full product offering for the Orthotic service inclusive of Made to Measure/Modular/Off the Shelf products for BSOL Procurement Collaborative hosted by University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (Lead Customer) and health care partners set out below.

Description
The supplier shall provide fully bespoke, made-to-measure orthotic footwear and insoles manufactured to individual patient casts or measurements. The supplier shall provide a repair and alteration service for bespoke footwear.

Description
An orthotic helmet (cranial orthosis) is a custom-fabricated medical device designed to correct or manage cranial deformities or to support post-operative cranial remodeling following surgery. The helmet applies gentle, passive pressure to prominent areas of the skull while allowing space for growth, promoting symmetrical head shape.
