Framework operation description
The all in rates within this Tender provide the pricing base within the Term Contract and for each Order. As such, the submitted Tender rates shall be "fixed" for a 2 year period. At the end of this period, the contract prices and rates will be discussed - if agreed, a further one year extension will be entered into. Prices will be amended based on CPI adjustment.
