Description
The FSA is commissioning research to support understanding of the evidence gaps in regard to the economic impact of full cost recovery - the counterfactual, to be understood in line with HM Treasury Green Book Guidance and necessary for any impact assessment - on proposed options for change - would have upon the meat supply chain. Hence, the overarching aim of the research is to:
• Address evidence gaps on the hypothetical economic impact of full cost recovery (discount removal) on:
o Abattoirs.
o Abattoir users (i.e. producers/farmers/livestock markets).
o Food Business Operators (i.e. wholesalers, retailers and food services).
o Consumers.

Description of possible extension:
The Buyer may extend the Contract for a period of up to 4 weeks by giving not less than 10 Working Days' notice in writing to the Supplier prior to the Expiry Date. The Conditions of the Contract shall apply throughout any such extended period.
