Lot Lot 1 (was 1). Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG) and Multiple Disadvantage Accommodation-Based Support

Description

This provision will be specifically designed for women who are experiencing, or have a history of, Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and multiple disadvantage. The accommodation must be staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and equipped to support women with complex and high-risk needs.

Lot Lot 2. Mental Health and Multiple Disadvantage Accommodation-Based Support

Description

The Authority requires 40 units of accommodation-based support under this Lot. While the Authority's contract will cover support services only, bidders must demonstrate their ability to provide suitable accommodation-either directly, through a consortium, or via sub-contracting arrangements. Accommodation costs will be met through rent and Housing Benefit. The Authority will not be party to any licence or lease agreements between the Provider and the accommodation landlord, and such arrangements will fall outside the scope of the contract. To be eligible, tender submissions requires 40 units with a minimum of 10 units of accommodation-based support located within a single site

Lot Lot 3. Domestic Abuse Refuge for Women and Children Accommodation-Based Support

Description

The Authority is seeking a single Provider to deliver support services only for a Domestic Abuse Refuge Service within the borough of Westminster. This service will provide: Support to women and children fleeing domestic abuse, delivered Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a robust out-of-hours response in place.
