Description
Children's Residential Home services for children and young people (12-17) with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
This procurement process is to commission a single provider to operate a residential provision in premises owned by Luton Council. The home will offer provision which has one to one staff at all times during the day, including two waking and one sleep in staff member. A single provider with proven experience of managing and operating an Ofsted registered children's home rated Good or Outstanding.

Description of possible extension:
Extensions may be provided if the Provider is performing well and meeting or exceeding KPI's, funding is still available and the business need dictates the service is still required.
Options
The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.
Additional purchases will be allowed if they relate directly to the services to be provided, the needs of the service users change and/or the business needs change due to innovation, funding or legislative requirements.
