There was 1 perceived Conflict of interest identified throughout the process whereby an evaluator has a family member who is employed with a potential provider / bidder for this contract. This was acknowledged and logged and would be reviewed once the names of the bidders were disclosed with potential removal of the evaluator from the process, as the particular provider did not submit a bid the evaluator was able to maintain their position on the evaluation panel.

The preferred provider scored a pass on all of the Pass / Fail questions within the Basic Selection Criteria. The preferred provider also scored the highest overall for the Key Criteria Questions against the published scoring criteria (as set out at paragraph 27.3.2 of the 'Document 1 - Competitive Process – Overview and Instructions').
