Scope

Description

L&Q is planning to retender a number of its Building Security Systems - Servicing and Maintenance requirements across all buildings / schemes. Those consists of Door Entry systems, Access control, CCTV, Auto door closers and potentially Warden call. One of the key aims for this re-procurement is to reduce issues and call outs across our sites by ensuring our building safety equipment is regularly checked and operational by way of planned preventative maintenance visits. The priority is to ensure safer homes and reduced service charges and we believe having partner contractors who can lead on these areas in a region will offer a better and more effective service for our resident.

By awarding geographical patches, using our organisations 'regional areas', this will make identifying the correct contractor easier and ensuring issues are resolved as soon as possible.
