Description

The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales Police (the 'Commissioner') requires a consultant to undertake a full valuation programme and associated services related to its estate. The Commissioner's premises range from smaller premises through to a large Force Headquarters in Bridgend. This Contract shall commence on contract award, anticipated September 2025, and shall expire on 30/09/2026.
