Framework operation description
Supply Agreements can be called off (Call-Off) from the Framework Agreement through a mixture of Direct Awards, Ranked Awards, and Further Competitions, and across several LOTs and/or Sub-Lots.
Works will be commissioned by Member Organisations and undertaken by the Supply Partner(s).

Supply Agreements can be called off (Call-Off) from the Framework Agreement through a mixture of Direct Awards, Ranked awards and Further Competitions.
Member Organisations will consider the strategic direction and operational requirements of their organisation and decide where Direct Award, Ranked Award or Further Competition is most appropriate.
For Direct and Ranked Awards, members will only be able to refine their requirements by clarifying open points from within this specification. Further additional requirements will require a further competition to be undertaken.
