Competitive flexible procedure description
Tenderers are invited to respond to the ITT by filling in the template and answering the quality questions. The quality will be evaluated based on the responses provided to the quality questions. As part of the competitive flexible procurement process, these responses will inform which tenderers progress to the next stage. A minimum score of 30 out of 60 is required to proceed and only the top ranked suppliers will be taken forward.
The quality question responses will also be used to determine whether a tenderer is successfully awarded a place on the Framework.
