Scope
Description
The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for the West Midlands is seeking a specialist delivery partner to offer a bespoke, trauma-informed support/bereavement service for individuals and families affected by fatal or life-changing road traffic collisions across the West Midlands. The service will provide emotional, practical, and advocacy support from point of referral through to recovery, ensuring a step-down approach in the form of peer support/group work which provides continuity of care beyond the remit of West Midlands Police (WMP) Family Liaison Officers (FLOs).
