Argyll and Bute Council seeks to tender for the provision of a Management and Design Consultant (MDC) to lead and deliver the Final Business Case (FBC) stage for the Craignure Pier Development. The aim is to produce a comprehensive and approvable FBC aligned to the HM Treasury Green Book Five Case Model, secure final approvals and transition to construction stage.

The MDC shall be responsible for the planning, technical design, environmental impact assessment and consent applications and compilation of the FBC.
