Scope

Description

A specification for Independent Return Home interview Service for children and young people aged 0 - 18 years following a missing episode. The service should be agile and responsive to meet statutory response standards and ensure effective safeguards are in place for children and young people resulting in increased safety and protection and reduction in missing episodes through effective multi-agency partnership working.

Description of possible extension:

The Authority proposes to enter into a contract with the successful Suppliers for the duration of one year with an option to extend for a further two years in two 12 months increments. The anticipated contract commencement date is April 2026.
