The Contracting Authority has identified the following known risks in relation to the delivery of the Contract:
• Risk of the mix of work changing from that anticipated at pre-tender stage that may result in higher spend.

• Risk of delays or reductions in public funding impacting project scope or schedule.
• Risk of necessary stakeholder consents (e.g. planning permissions) being delayed.
• Risk of data or resource availability constraints affecting timely delivery.
• Risk of subcontractor or third-party failure necessitating contractual variation.
• Risk of force majeure events (e.g. severe weather, pandemics) causing project delays or requiring contract modification
