The cultural change programme will use appreciative inquiry which is a strengths-based approach that focuses on a collaboration to create change. The focus of appreciative inquiry is about building on what is working well, fostering a sense of positivity, co-creating a shared vision and inspiring change. The critical success factor to this is that the change is designed and led by colleagues, managers and leaders.
