L&Q are looking at procuring a contract for the provision of servicing & maintenance of Security which includes (Door Entry, Servicing and Line Charge, CCTV equipment maintenance, servicing and line charge, Communal Gate maintenance and servicing and Warden Calls). We are still exploring the term, but the minimum will be 5 years and we are exploring introducing Lots. Lots will either be regional as we need to cover requirements in London & Manchester or via workstream, we are also exploring sub-lotting. Potential estimated spend per annum is £2.4m
