Description
The successful supplier will be responsible for the full concept development and delivery of the showcase event, including but not limited to:
Creative Design & Concept Development
• Development of the overall visual theme including:
o Creation of mood boards, design mock-ups and room plans
o Integration of both nostalgic 1980s elements and futuristic design
o Creative spatial plans for both Cambridge & Windsor Rooms
o Recommendations for scenic features, décor, props, installations, and focal points
o guest flow and engagement touchpoints (e.g., photo walls, interactive elements, entrance features)
o Proposals for wall wraps, fabrications, and bespoke décor pieces

- £80,000 excluding VAT
- £96,000 including VAT
