Description

Lot 2. Electrical Safety - Portable Appliances
Description
PAT testing, combined inspection and testing of portable electrical equipment across the country. A full description can be found in the attached specification document.
Lot 4. Legionella Risk Assessments and Consultancy Services
Description
provision of professional advice and undertaking legionella management services including legionella risk assessments or audits as required across the estate. Full details can be found in the attached specification document.
Lot 5. Legionella Monitoring Services
Description
provision of professional Legionella monitoring services to ensure the risks identified in the risk assessment are managed where they cannot be managed in house.
Lot 6. Asbestos Management
Description
We require asbestos consultancy to provide professional asbestos management services. Full details can be found in the attached specification document.

Lot 7. LOLER Thorough Examinations
Description
Provision of thorough examinations of lifting equipment across the estate. Lifting equipment comprises passenger lifts or platform lifts to carry people along with hoists in our changing places toilets.
