Description
PCC property division have an existing contract with Company CIPFA Business Ltd to provide data base services to assist in the recording and information for domestic properties. The service is running well, and the opportunity to supplement the existing arrangement with Building Maintenance requirements is now available. This will enable Building Maintenance to develop a comprehensive and interactive database for domestic buildings and so be able to proactively define and plan work. The project will involve the surveying of 1200 PCC domestic properties.

The Pembrokeshire County Council property division have an existing contract with CIPFA Business Ltd to provide data base services to assist in the recording and information for domestic properties. The opportunity to supplement the exisiting arrangement with Building Maintenance requirements is now available. The work with CIPFA has been successful and of benefit to PCC as there will be one methodology to cover both domestic and commercial buildings which also brings efficiencies in officer time and training requirements. There is therefore compliance to the required metrics:
• speed of available response, including, capacity to meet required deadlines, ability to familiarise itself with PCC requirements within the timescales specified and, ability to attend the properties within a maximum timeframe;
• quality, capability, expertise, specific service specialism, past satisfactory performance, prior experience, availability of resources and proposed methods of undertaking the Services;
• price is determined by framework agreement and the current service provision to PCC
