NHS London Procurement Partnership (Hosted by Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust) is preparing to procure a new framework agreement for Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services under the NHS Provider Selection Regime (PSR).

The planned procurement will cover Non-emergency Patient Transport Services, for all mobility types, 24/7, 365/6 days a year.

Relevant authorities can access the Framework and award a contract by further competition or direct award.

The anticipated Lot structure includes Core for standard NEPT, Renal, Secure, High Dependency and Resilience. NHS LPP reserves the right to change this Lot structure.

Geographical coverage: Aligned to all ambulance trusts regions within England

This procurement will be run in accordance with the Provider Selection Regime (Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023). NHS London Procurement Partnership intends to follow Competitive Process for this framework agreement.

NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP) will be hosting a market engagement event on 1st December 2025 to discuss the upcoming Framework for Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services.
