Description

The key objectives of this contract is to provide:-

a) A call monitoring/handling service certified by the TEC Service Association Quality Standards Framework (QSF) as determined by the TEC Quality Ltd.

b) An ARC platform enabling the supplier's Operators to communicate with our residents via our analogue and digital TEC equipment.

c) An appropriate response to calls emanating from communal systems (e.g. fire alarm systems, door entry systems and lifts).

d) An out of hours repairs handling service.

The Contract will be for a term of 8 years (the Term). The contract will have break clauses included

  • £3,600,000 excluding VAT
  • £4,320,000 including VAT
