Description
Ofsted Registered Supported Accommodation for 16-17 year old children in our care.
Lot 1: 6 units of accommodation with 24/7 available support for Separated Migrant Young People
Lot 2: 15 units of supported accommodation for Separated Migrant Young People
Lot 3: Pseudo-Framework of Supported Accommodation Providers
There is no guarantee that placements will be made under Lot 3 of this Contract. Access to Lot 3 has been extended to Middlesbrough Council. The requirements under this Lot will vary from organisation to organisation. Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council will only be responsible for their list of contract requirements. If they choose to use the Contract, Middlesbrough Council will be responsible for their individual requirements and contract arrangements.

Description
Ofsted registered supported accommodation with 24/7 available support for Separated Migrant Young People (6 Units of accommodation). Accommodation to be located in the Borough of Redcar and Cleveland.

Lot 2. 15 units of supported accommodation for Separated Migrant Young People
Description
Ofsted registered supported accommodation including low support (e.g. up to 6 hours per week) for separated migrant young people (15 units of accommodation). Actual levels of support will be determined by the needs of the young people. Accommodation to be located within the Tees Valley area.

Lot 3. Pseudo-Framework of Supported Accommodation Providers
Description
Pseudo-Framework of Ofsted Registered Supported Accommodation Providers to provide accommodation to children in our care. Service provision as and when required, no guaranteed level of services to be delivered under this Lot. Accommodation is to be located in the Tees Valley area.
Access to Lot 3 of this Contract has been extended to Middlesbrough Council (Refer to Scope information within this notice).
For the purpose of the notice, estimated maximum contract value for Lot 3 for each LA over the total contract period including optional extensions, based on current service delivery is:

Middlesbrough Council: £26,670,000

PLEASE NOTE: The system is accessible 24/7 however, technical support is only available Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday - 8:30am-4:30pm excluding bank holidays.
Open Support will be operating a reduced helpdesk service during the Christmas and New Year holiday period. Only urgent system issues and supplier support will be provided during 29-31 December 2025. Any general, non-urgent queries will be picked up from 02 January 2026.
During the Christmas holiday period the Council will not be available to receive and respond to correspondence via the Open system from 24 December 2025 to 02 January 2026.
