Description
The Form of contract will be The New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Option A (fixed lump sum with Activity Schedule) with KCC Z Clauses. The value of the contract falls above the Procurement Act 2023 threshold for Works, and the Client is using a Competitive Flexible Procedure (with an option to negotiate if required).
The contract will be awarded to a single supplier following this procedure and interested suppliers are hereby invited to express their interest in this tender opportunity and submit their completed Procurement Selection Questionnaire (PSQ) by the date specified. For any Supplier who wishes to apply, the tender documentation is available via the Kent Business Portal (https://www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk/). The documentation will need to be downloaded and submitted back to the Council via the Kent Business Portal.
