Lot 1: Travel Safety System (Technology Platform & Incident Response)

Lot 1 encompasses the provision of a travel safety system, including a technology platform designed to monitor and manage travellers and travel incidents, alongside 24/7 traveller support and bespoke incident response protocols to support staff and students' travellers.

Lot 2: Travel Risk Consultancy Services

Lot 2 covers travel risk advisory and consultancy services, including support for travel risk assessment for higher risk travel, travel risk policy support, staff and student training, and ongoing advice to support safe international travel and overseas operations at Coventry University Group.

Description
