Description

This framework will be used to maintain a core set of suppliers for UX work undertaken on the Historic England website, as well as related user research, testing and feedback for the website and marketing campaigns,

Any potential projects for the framework will be advertised to the suppliers on the framework, for response through mini competition before the work is awarded.

Framework operation description

Mini competitions will be sent to all suppliers who are capable of delivering the requirement, based on competency in the specified task [as indicated in their tender response], range of services offered, price and availability. Price evaluation for each individual requirement will be applied at the rate of 25% and scored on 75% quality as specified within the mini competition itself.
