Preliminary Market Engagement:

Discussions have been held with organisations (both Clients and Consultants) to help shape the framework to be offered within the professional services and development space. Engagement activities commenced on 08/04/2025 and will continue until 21/11/2025. During market engagement sessions prior to this notice, information was sought and provided to inform the procurement strategy and provide an opportunity to give feedback on the proposal.

Those organisations participating in the market engagement were asked a standard set of questions all of which have been recorded to provide an appropriate audit trail. SCAPE has undertaken this process in accordance with the provisions set out in the Procurement Act 2023. All feedback has been taken into consideration and any future market engagement feedback will also be reviewed to help inform the framework prior to a Tender Notice being issued. All feedback has been given an equal weighting to ensure that no advantage is gained by any Consultant as a result of their participation.
