Description of possible extension:

There is the option to extend for a further 5 years with a staggered approach. At the end of Year 3, following benchmarking and performance assessment, offer two years (7 in total), at end of Year 5, same conditions and offer 2 years (9 in total) and at end of Year 8, offer one year if performance satisfactory.
