It is anticipated that a 24 month extension to the framework will be possible.

THA anticipate a maximum framework length of five years on the basis that this aligns with the Homes England funding cycle which this Framework aligns with.

This competitive flexible procedure will be conducted in two stages. Stage one will relate to requests to participate and completion of a Procurement Specific Questionnaire to identify suppliers to invite to stage two. Suppliers invited to stage two will be invited to submit final tenders.
