Scope

Description

We are seeking professional services for an in-person insurance rebuild valuation of the properties located at various addresses within Essex provided in the attached list. The objective is to obtain an accurate assessment of the current cost to rebuild the property in the event of a total loss, including all associated construction, labour, materials, and other relevant costs. This valuation will be used for insurance purposes and must comply with the latest industry standards and best practices.
