Description
This Phase 1 Framework is specifically related to supported Living Schemes:
Kirkdale House - 23 Tenants
Acorn House - 14 Tenants
The Tender will be undertaken using NEPO's OPEN electronic tender portal. https://open-uk.org/
Potential bidders can register with OPEN, free of charge, in order to be able to access this tender.
The Tender will contain Conditions of Participation, which require bidders to evidence appropriate experience of delivering equivalent building based schemes and a CQC registration for the delivery of Personal Care.
Bidders will also be required, under the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023, to have registered with the Government's Central Digital Platform details of their Core Supplier Information.
The OPEN portal includes a link to this Platform.
The Council will be issuing a further Tender in 2026 for multiple smaller schemes which may be suitable for Providers of smaller schemes.
