Description

Inspection, testing and repairs of Horizontal Safety Lines, Roof Access and Fall Protection Systems throughout all Southern Housing residential infrastructure. Please refer to specification for further details.

Description of possible extension:

5-year term contract with the option to extend for a further 5 years utilising a staggered approach. At the end of Year 3, following benchmarking and performance assessment, offer two years (7 in total), at end of Year 5, same conditions and offer 2 years (9 in total) and at end of Year 8, offer one year if performance satisfactory.
