Inclusion of AI and automation-related professional and technical services necessary to enhance the efficiency of systems and processes within the Migration and Borders Technology Portfolio.
Amended Contract description: To develop, manage and continuously improve a suite of “Apply for Things” services within the Migration and Borders Technology Portfolio. The Supplier shall provide additional technology and professional services to design, develop, and deploy Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation-based solutions to enhance the efficiency of systems and processes within the Migration and Borders Technology Portfolio.
The Buyer’s requirements will be delivered through Statements of Work. The initial Statement of Work is appended as Annex 4 (Statement of Work 1). Each new Statement of Work agreed by the parties shall be incorporated into this Order Form as a new Annex and form part of the Contract.

The additional capabilities have become essential. A change of contractor is not feasible for technical and economic reasons, as it would result in significant inconvenience due to the need for security clearance, knowledge transfer, and dual-running overheads, which would delay critical outcomes and duplicate prior discovery and integration efforts.
