Description

The commission is for the appointment of an Architect led Integrated Consultancy team (ICT) to prepare, develop and project manage the delivery, design and construction activities associated with the redevelopment of TRAAD Point, Ballyronan, in accordance with RIBA Stages 2-7. The project and general description of the works are listed below. Location TRAAD Point The Point Road Ballyronan BT46 6LR. Located on the Northwestern shores of Lough Neagh about 2km north of Ballyronan. This project is funded under PEACEPLUS.
