Description
The level of work generally depends upon capital projects requiring land acquisitions and new/renewal of leases. Property portfolio valuations will be required for fire insurance re-instatement purposes on a regular 3 year rolling programme and on an ad hoc basis to cover any relevant changes. There will also be a requirement regarding the rating valuations lists in respect of any appeals.
