Description
Herefordshire Council will be running a Market Engagement events for all businesses interested in delivering Overnight Short Breaks with Outreach Support Service for Children and Young People with Disabilities (0-18 years old) in Herefordshire.
Dates of the engagement:
1) 5th November 10:00am - 12:30pm at Shell Store, Rotherwas, Skylon Park, Hereford HR2 6SR
2) 12th November 1:00pm - 2:00pm via Microsoft teams (for this event suppliers should confirm their name and email address that we should send the Microsoft Teams invitation to)
Each event will cover the following topics: information of where to find council opportunities, how to successfully bid for them and specific information about this project along with opportunities to ask questions and network.
ALL SUPPLIERS WHO WISH TO ATTEND WOULD NEED TO EXPRESS THEIR INTEREST no later than
1) 12 noon, Friday 31st October for the first event and
2) 12 noon, Monday 10th November for the second event
To secure your spot please contact us via ProContract messages or via email on panelCYPD@herefordshire.gov.uk by providing your company name and email addresses of representatives who wish to attend.
If attending the 5th November event, please advise of any special dietary requirements, as refreshments will be provided. If attending the Teams event, a meeting invite will be sent shortly before the session.
