Description
Delivery of the production, site, security and traffic management for Bath Christmas Market.
The contractor will be required to:
Maintain, load, transport, construct and remove temporary structures in accordance with
specifications and schedules, specified by Bath and North East Somerset Council.
Provide temporary event staff to cover a wide range of roles and duties in accordance with
specifications and schedules, specified by Bath and North East Somerset Council.
Provide temporary event site services such as: staff welfare facilities, event control premises,
power distribution, water, sanitation, fencing, lighting, refrigeration, firefighting equipment,
Wi-Fi and on-site communications.
To design, create, deliver and construct artistic installations and special features as required
and/or agreed by Bath and North East Somerset Council.
Provide temporary event security provision in accordance with specifications and schedules,
specified by Bath and North East Somerset Council.
Provide temporary event medical and welfare services in accordance with specifications and
schedules, specified by Bath and North East Somerset Council.
Provide temporary event waste and recycling services in accordance with specifications and
schedules, specified by Bath and North East Somerset Council.
Provide hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) measures where specified by Bath and North East
Somerset Council working in partnership with Avon and Somerset Police
Provide experienced and appropriately qualified temporary coach marshals to ensure the
safe arrival and departure of coaches to ensure minimal disruption to the network.
Provide traffic management as specified by Bath and North East Somerset Council, Event
Team.
Provide site plans and technical drawings (CAD) during the whole planning period of the
event.
Attend daily, and any other briefings/meetings as specified by Bath and North East Somerset
Council.
