Description

South Oxfordshire District Council is looking to acquire up to 30 properties ranging from 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms.

Vale of White Horse District Council is looking to acquire up to 8 properties ranging from 1 and 2 bedrooms.

This is to include standard template reports with detailed building surveys/RICS Level 3 surveys, a schedule of cost estimates for defects and repairs, reinstatement values, review of EPC, review of statutory reports.

Description of possible extension:

Either Party may apply to extend the term of this Contract by giving not less than two months' notice in writing to the other Party prior to the Expiry Date.

Any extension will be subject to agreement in writing by both Parties. The terms and conditions of the Contract shall apply throughout any such extended period, subject only to variation to the Charges as agreed by the Parties.
