This Lot covers the provision of cleaning services for void, temporary, and tenanted properties. The service includes standard and deep cleans, trauma and fire damage cleaning, needle sweeps, and carpet/upholstery cleaning. The contractor will also manage bag and tag processes and inventory documentation for personal belongings in temporary accommodation.
