Description
Cyngor Gwynedd is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake an Integrated Sustainability Appraisal and an accompanying Habitats Regulation Assessment (HRA) to aid their preparation of the new Local Development Plan (2024-2039).
Total value (estimated)
- £250,000 excluding VAT
- £300,000 including VAT

- Possible extension to 1 December 2031

Description of possible extension:
Up to the adoption of the LDP which is anticipated to take in the region of 3 to 4 years +1 +1 possible extension
Options
The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.
Successful consultants may be called upon to attend Council meetings and/or the LDP Examination in Public (EiP). A daily rate is requested for such additional services.
