The Trust appointed TheValueCircle LLP to deliver a sensitive and critical programme of works to support the Trusts CQC improvement and action programme.
Given the sensitivity and criticality of time and works, the project was awarded to TheValueCircle to provide continuity and consistency of service, and cost - with this company also providing similar work across the Norfolk and Waveney ICS.
The project has been bench marked against approved framework agreements to ensure value for money was being achieved and reported as part of the Trusts internal reporting mechanisms. The combined supplier spend was picked up as part of a retrospective spend review process.
