Ceredigion County Council is tendering a contract for delivery of housing related support for people aged 55 and older primarily resident at Maes Mwldan, Aberteifi, who require support to live independently in their own home, and maintain independent living. The service is known as Housing Support & Community Well-being at Maes Mwldan.
