Description of possible extension:
The University shall have the right to extend the Term for a further 3 years from the end of the Initial Term ("First Extension Period"); and for an additional 2 years from the end of the First Extension Period ("Second Extension Period") by giving the Supplier at least 3 months written notice to expire on or before the last day of the Initial Term or the First Extension Period.
