Description

Prima Group wish to appoint an experienced contractor/s based within the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority area to undertake external communal area hard and soft landscape maintenance services to 67 properties and some public open spaces within the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority area

The Works comprise the routine maintenance of hard and soft landscaped areas as scheduled to each property/location at specified frequencies and as defined within the definition of terms which will vary depending upon the requirements at each property and open public spaces that are the responsibility of Prima Group to maintain.

Works will be undertaken in all areas within the boundaries of private properties and within the areas as outlined on the appropriate plan drawings for areas with open spaces, mixed Tenure and associated responsibilities

  • £316,400 excluding VAT
  • £379,680 including VAT

Description

Hard & Soft Landscape Maintenance Services to 4 Properties

The Works comprise the routine maintenance of hard and soft landscaped areas as schedule to each property at specified frequencies and as defined within the definition of terms which will vary depending upon the components contained within each property and open public spaces that are the responsibility of Prima Group to maintain.

Works will be undertaken in all areas within the boundaries of private properties and within the areas as outlined on the appropriate plan drawings for areas with open spaces, mixed Tenure and associated responsibilities

  • £34,000 excluding VAT
  • £40,800 including VAT

Description

The Works comprise the routine maintenance of hard and soft landscaped areas as schedule to each property at specified frequencies and as defined within the definition of terms which will vary depending upon the components contained within each property and open public spaces that are the responsibility of Prima Group to maintain.

Works will be undertaken in all areas within the boundaries of private properties and within the areas as outlined on the appropriate plan drawings for areas with open spaces, mixed Tenure and associated responsibilities

  • £141,840 including VAT

The Works comprise the routine maintenance of hard and soft landscaped areas as scheduled to each property, at specified frequencies and as defined within the definition of terms which will vary depending upon the components contained within each property and open public spaces that are the responsibility of Prima Group to maintain.

Works will be undertaken in all areas within the boundaries of private properties and within the areas as outlined on the appropriate plan drawings for areas with open spaces, mixed Tenure and associated responsibilities

The Deadline for the submission of sealed tender bids at Prima Group Head Office, 8 Columbus Quay, Riverside Drive, Liverpool L3 4DB, is 12 noon on Friday 28th November 2025.

Sealed bids will only be accepted in formal envelopes available from Prima Group. All submissions will be date and time stamped and any submissions received after the deadlines stated will not be accepted.
